Day 1: Been a ‘good faith’ employer?
This year’s conference takes a close look at the implications of being a ‘good faith’ employer, including; critical employment court cases that have changed the way the rules are applied, considering staff with chronic illness, long-term poor performance cases, privacy in your business, managing your company’s reputation, mediation ‘recommendations’ and ‘frivolous or vexatious claims’ in the ERA.
Plus hear EMA’s David Lowe present the Keynote on recent employment law changes and their future in light of the imminent General Elections!

Day 2: Managing CEOs, senior managers & exits
The second half day looks closely at how to manage your CEO and senior managers when things go bad, including; how to write the best employment agreements, how to guide your CEO away from trouble, crisis management from media expert Brian Edwards, and how to ‘negotiate out’ a senior manager when it’s time for the hard decision.
Be prepared for when you have to deal with senior management performance issues!
