Hi, I am Yanahina (Shana for short), originally from Uruguay in South America, hence Zumba music is in my blood!
I offer a unique ‘Latin zest’ and encourage you to feel the rhythm and feel the freedom! Add your own flavour, everyone is welcome in my class and no fitness level is required. You will get motivated to go out there and pursue your dreams, more than a Zumba class I offer a lifetime experience!
