This year marks the 20th anniversary of the death of guitar legend Stevie Ray Vaughan who was tragically killed in a helicopter crash in Wisconsin USA in 1990.

Celebrate the life and music of Stevie Ray Vaughan with an exciting live performance by blues/rock guitarist and vocalist Tony Painting and his band 'The Power'.

Tony Painting (UK) is a well seasoned musician having played with or supported Ozzy Osbourne, UB40, Robert Plant amongst others including New Zealands own, The Feelers.

Get up 'n' dance as Tony performs hit after hit, perfectly replicating the soulful Stevie Ray Vaughan guitar work and rich vocals. Expect to hear all the classics like Texas Flood, Love Struck baby, Pride and Joy and Mary Had a Little Lamb as well as classic SRV style covers of Hendrix's Voodoo Child and Stevie Wonders Superstition
