A dedicated trio: Peter Scott, basses, Jonathan Besser composer and pianist plus John Bell, vibes. The trio will be playing three concerts presenting Jonathan's latest compositions. Three suites of music never performed before in their entirety.
There will be two sets. The first comprising "The New York Suite:" 9 pieces composed 2008/09 and the second set miscellaneous compositions from the same time frame. The second performance a week later will comprise 8 Tangeirs pieces. Music written in Morocco and reflecting the country's musical Moorish and Sephardic scales.
