With Tina Hallis. Improve core strength, muscle tone, energy and flexibility for pain free movement. Improve coordination and balance and reduce risk of injury and osteopathic problems. Join this class and you will be on the way to reaching a leaner, more balanced and stronger body working towards peak health. Balls, weights and bands can be used to add resistance when exercising and the tutor will advise at first session about purchasing.

Enrol for 9 weekly sessions. Bookings essential.
