The Gran Fondo Masterton is a challenging cyclo-sportive bike tour providing cyclists of all ability levels an opportunity to participate in NZ’s inaugural Gran Fondo. This unique, non massed start and non competitive event is based on the extremely popular European Gran Fondo model; it has quickly proved popular in the UK and throughout Europe.
The event will encompass three sections of varying terrain ranging from undulating to hilly. Competitors are able to decide on the distance to complete, ranging from one or more sections of the course according to their ability level.
