The SPCA Auckland Annual Custom Rod Open Day is a fantastic outing for the whole family to enjoy. See classic cars and loads of SPCA animals. This year’s event is proudly sponsored by Trueform Spa Pools in Helensville.
Last year the event attracted 135 custom rod cars from around the region and 2010 the organisers Renegade Rod & Custom club are expecting over 150 cars.
There will be hot rod rides, food stalls, live music, TV stars mixing and mingling and a major auction which all the public are invited to participate in. This year the major auction prize is a spa pool valued at over $6,000 courtesy of Trueform Spa Pools. The portable spa comes with a lid and delivery to an Auckland address.
Gates open at 10am and enjoy the live music through until the auction at 12 noon. This is an event for the family to enjoy together and a great opportunity to visit the animals at the SPCA.
