A fun day for all the family... celebrating dads on Fathers Day. Activities include the opportunity to get into kayaks and help clean up the Henderson Creek, rock climbing wall and bungee, pony rides, Barbeque (gold coin donation for these three) a concert with multi-cultural performances, an under five's play area, cycling, water safety, games and races, junk art creation and a whole lot of other things on the day!
This is the culmination of Waitakere's Fathering Week, and as it is the fourth time the event has been run, a great time is enjoyed by all. Bring your picnics and come and play with us... dads, mums, grandparents, relatives and friends all welcome to join us.
