The Black Seeds Winter Tour

Due to the recent earthquakes shaking the Canterbury region, The Black Seeds postponed the Saturday 11th to October 30 at The Bedford. The Bedford has not been affected by the quakes and is structurally sound.

All tickets will be transferable to the new date, or those wanting a refund can contact the ticketing outlets. Those wanting to purchase tickets to the show on Saturday 30th October can purchase online at www.eventfinder.co.nz from Saturday (11th).

Having just returned from a successful tour of North America and Europe in July, The Black Seeds have announced four South Island shows in September.

Described by the U.K’s Clash magazine as ‘one of the best live reggae acts on the planet’, The Black Seeds will perform shows in Dunedin (9/9), Queenstown (10/9), Christchurch (11/9), and Timaru (12/9).

The tour coincides with the band’s recently announced remix competition, where fans get to create their very own Black Seeds remix. The winning artist will have their track featured on the bands forthcoming Specials LP, as well as receiving a percentage of profits from its sales. The Black Seeds Specials is a collection of remixes and out-takes from latest album Solid Ground, due for worldwide digital release in September.
