Our fourth event in the 2010 Regional Event Series will focus on CRM - the benefits, the pitfalls, emerging technologies and what we can expect from the not too distant future.
Traditional in-house CRM software solutions are evolving which will impact the use and effectiveness of CRM as well as the way we use and store our data. There are also other considerations as the marketing discipline evolves such as the increased influence of social media.
