One Step Beyond Dance company and Marian McDermott School of Dance senior ballet and contemporary dance students perform "Dichotomy" - a creative and thought provoking yet entertaining ballet about things that are completely opposite. With exquisite costumes and some stunning dancing this ballet is a must see!
The very highly regarded youth dance company, One Step Beyond, also perform some of their most recent repertoire with choreography by Katie Burton, Grace Woollett and Gemma Herbison.
Junior ballet students perform "The Pearl" - a delightful undersea fairy tale adventure featuring beautiful mermaids, nasty stingrays and some very helpful oysters. With gorgeous costumes and scenery and really exuberant dancing this ballet is sure to please.
The programme also includes performances from our jazz students so there is something for everyone. Don't miss it!
Held in Whangaparaoa College Theatre.
