For two years the yacht Tara, previously Sir Peter Blake's Seamaster, was locked in the ice near the North Pole as the base for a scientific expedition studying the effects of global warming.

Come along to a free public screening of the dramatic documentary that follows the trials and triumphs of the small crew and scientists on this Arctic scientific expedition.

This documentary accompanies the Polar Night exhibition which features stunning black and white photographs by French photographer Vincent Hilaire which captures the magnificence of the Arctic.
