Indoor Soccer: Open - NZ Business Games

The NZ Business Games are New Zealand's single largest business house event. In the past 15 years over 55,000 people have participated in the fun, that’s about 3,000 - 3,500 participants from 140 - 150 organisations every year. All those games and all that action makes for a lot of great stories over coffee or at the water cooler!

5 a side; 1 goalkeeper and 4 outfield players, rolling subs with a maximum squad of 8 players.

Open - Any gender, i.e. all males or all females

1. Teams will compete in round robins; the winner of each will go to the Semi- finals, plus the next best qualifier from any of the round robins (a total of four teams).

2. There will be 8-minute halves for the round robin games, and 7.5-minutes halves for the semi's and finals.

3. A minute is allocated for half time.

4. The semi finals are divided into two, with the 1st highest qualifier playing against the 4th, and the 2nd highest qualifier playing against the 3rd.

5. All teams 20 minutes games, minimum 4 games; top four qualifiers play a total of 5 games.

This event will take place in Sheds 1 and 2 on Queens Wharf.
