Known for their tight, rich harmonies Tre-Belle is a trio of professional female singers who are going places - and they invite you to join them on their journey.
Realising there was a gap in the market for a trio of females to perform a popular repertoire of crossover works consisting of classical, musical theatre and pop with a New Zealand flavour, they quickly established themselves as a pop-opera trio in October 2008. The group now is driven to achieve success and represent New Zealand in the international music scene and believe they have what it takes.
Not the only ones to think so, they have received high praise from some of New Zealand's most renowned entertainers including Gray Bartlett, of Hayley Westenra fame, who gives his fullest endorsement to the trio. "I had the very great pleasure of hearing Tre-Belle perform... They were magnificent, and brought the house to its feet with their fantastic performance". More recently, The Manawatu Standard describes Tre-Belle as, "...impressive with a rich vocal colouring, some excellent close harmony work and an easy on-stage style" and the Dom Post "as technically proficient, a team that blended and harmonised exceptionally well, their style easy on the ear.
Between them, the group have over 50 years of musical experience, having all started performing from a young age. As individual professional singers they have performed across Australasia and Europe. It was inevitable that they would meet each other through the professional work in the New Zealand opera scene.
Performing the repertoire people know and love, Tre-Belle arrange their own repertoire, delivering a unique interpretation that will leave you wanting more.
The trio recently launched themselves in Wellington, performing a sell out concert at the St James Theatre as part of their cabaret series where they were enthusiastically received by the capacity crowd.
Online and phone bookings attract a transaction charge.
