Learn all the basics of classic Burly Q! Bump!
The ole’ hoochie cooch! Learn seductress moves from 50’s Golden Age burlesque stars such as Bettie Page, Gypsy Rose Lee, Tempest Storm and Sally Rand. Retro striptease at it’s best!
The class will cover everything from pin up posing, performance tips, burlesque history to showgirl moves. Everything you learn will be put together in a short routine you can take home to show off to loved ones. This course also has a strong focus on fun flirty fitness, at the start of each class we will work on cardio and stretching to get you prepared for your burlesque debut (suited to all fitness levels!)
