This course focuses on more advanced and specific tasks in cake decoration and is for those who have some basic knowledge. You will make your own cutters, learn the techniques to mould flowers and then use these skills to construct a small wired flower spray consisting of orchids, ivy leaves, bouvardia, roses and rosebuds. If you know the basics and want to learn more then this is the course for you.
