Since 1996, an annual market has been held in Mission Bay on Auckland's Anniversary Day and due to the popularity of this market, another one has been established before Christmas.
Around 200 Arts and Crafts people travelling from all over the North Island set up and sell their own designed and made products. There is also a small selection of imported items but the main focus is on artists and craftspeople.
You can find fresh veggies, honey, jam and freshly cooked food, many styles of jewellery, clothing for babies through to adults, paintings, photographs and much, much more.
