The city’s only resident professional symphony orchestra, opens its doors to concert enthusiasts and curious first-timers in a day of wide-ranging musical interaction.

Get ready to march with the music, and boogie to the brass in this music-packed afternoon for all the family. It's free - and there's something for everyone, from the music zoo, a performance by a combined local school group of over 200, and a performance by the entire APO. Plus, don't mis the APO's innovative 'Remix' project live on stage with DJCXL & Anonymouz - hip hop and classcial music as you've never seen them before!

The APO Open Day is a great opportunity to hear great music and get a closer look at how one of the largest arts organisations in the country works.
