TangoVibe celebrates its launch right in the heart of Sol Square, featuring the charismatic La Luna tango band. La Luna's repertoire covers a century of tango, from the early sounds of the Guardia Vieja and the lyricism of the revered master Pugliese to the modern Tango Nuevo, exemplified in the unrelenting sensuality of Piazzolla's famous "Libertango".
The evening will provide you with a unique opportunity to experience sensuous live tango music and sample the local Argentine tango scene. Serious sound system and 2 floors with the band in the middle and a bar that will create you a cocktail to match.
Informal, relaxing, unintimidating, dancing, drinking and socializing. This event is a friendly get together of dancers and non dancing is welcome. Alternatively, sit down, chill over a glass of wine or cocktail and you're set to be entertained. Perhaps you'll leave realising that Argentine Tango has nothing to do with a rose between the teeth and flashy steps...
