The first event of three for blokes of all ages and abilities at QEII, Christchurch. This is a great way to experience triathlon/duathlon or to get you active for summer. The distances are achievable, there is a run & walk section plus 10 year age groups.
Put together a team - there is a corporate team section or enter as an individual. Placing and spot prizes.
Distances are:
Triathlon: swim 100m - bike 10k - run 3k or walk 1.5k
Duathlon: run 1k or walk 500m - bike 10k - run 3k or walk 1.5k
