Take the challenge! This is an event for all women of any age or ability. Our mission is to encourage women to experience the fun and excitement of taking part in a triathlon or duathlon.
Distances:
Triathlon: swim 100m - bike 10k - run 3k or walk 1.5k.
Duathlon: run 1k or walk 500m - bike 10k - run 3k or walk 1.5k.
Enter as an individual or put a team together, 10 year age groups and choose the run or walk section. Spot and placing prizes. Bring the family.
