This workshop is based upon the classic handbook for personal development, Realise Your Inner Potential, containing some of the practical teachings of the late Dr. George King, a Western Master of Yoga.
In this foundation workshop, you will receive individual instruction to help you perfect some of the wonderful practices and so get the very best from them. These practices, some of which are based on great mystic techniques from the East, will include:
