Doubtless Bay Wine Company is a family-owned company established by Hugh and Vicki Ammundsen, established in 1997 at Lake Ohia at the base of Karikari Peninsula on the western side of Doubtless Bay. We had no doubts that we could capture and express the uniqueness of this area in wines of quality and elegance with the help of Rod MacIvor at Marsden Estate, Kerikeri.

This Friday lunchtime, Hugh will be at our store giving you the opportunity to taste for free his wonderful Northland Reds, the fruitful and complex Doubtless Cab/Sauv, along with his savoury and rustic mouthwatering True North Merlot.
