Eru Dangerspiel - Release Tour

The 30-piece juggernaut, Eru Dangerspiel, is back for two New Zealand shows. Last year’s one-off concert was the talk of 2009 and to celebrate the release of their 5.1 DVD they are coming at you to offer up some truly unique live jams cradled by intelligent audio and visual technology.

Helmed by Riki Gooch (TrinityRoots) the 30-strong band will feature Jonathan Crayford, Whirimako Black, Anna Coddington, Lewis McCallum, Ria Hall, King Kapisi, Submariner, Mara TK (Electric Wire Hustle), Chip Matthews & Isaac Aesili (both Opensouls), Joe Lindsay, Toby Laing & Scott Towers (all Fat Freddy’s Drop), Mike Fabulous (The Black Seeds), Ned Ngatae (Dimmer), Chris O'Connor (Don McGlashan), Patrick Pihama, Miguel Fuentes (Kantuta), Anthony Donaldson (Six Volts), Ed Zuchollo (Harbour City Electric), Olga Gryniewicz with the 15-piece Dangerspiel Choir and more Dangerspiel “family” member sneaky guest appearances...

Scott Kara described last year’s show as “a night of arse-shaking funk, head-down wazz outs, wild jams and wailing future soul” and this year’s two shows are promising to be just as fresh and freaky.
