ArtBeat is a one-day interactive multi-cultural arts festival held in Cafler Park, Whangarei. The festival has been in existence for 14 years, and was designed to champion local artists and provide the opportunity for the public to celebrate what our district has to offer. The park is set-up with artist and cultural cuisine stalls, roaming street theatre, and a stage programme which runs throughout the day.
