The aim of the market is to form an interesting, well stocked market where locals and holiday makers alike can come and relax.
The products on offer range from old bits and pieces to top quality coffee, produce and cheeses. Seasonal fruit and vegetables are a large focus as many people are opting for home or organic grown produce rather than over priced, chemical doused supplies.
Regular stallholders are frequently joined by peak season growers from throughout the central North Island along with casual folk selling a wide range of unique and interesting items.
Food, coffee and the occasional busker will be there to add the finishing touch to your morning visit.
