The Whakatane Greystone Wines International Blues Festival is coming to Whakatane on Friday 5th November!
Featuring the world class music of international guest artists, The Robbie McGregor Band (San Fran), Diana Harris (LA), Erica Sunshine Lee (Georgia, USA), Tony Painting (UK) and others the show is an incredible presentation of music.
The New Zealand stars of the festival include the legendary guitar player and singer, Hammond Gamble, RnB Giants Brilleaux and International celebrity Blues guitarist Billy TK jnr.
Kicking off at 8pm and going to 1am ticket prices are a steal at $20 per ticket. Every purchase of a ticket enters you into a draw to win a trip for 2 to the Samoa 2010 International Jazz and Blues Festival in Samoa in November 12th - 14th.
Each of the musicians have an incredible music story to tell and there promises to be something for everyone from funky, soul ridden blues, to the 'just wanna dance' blues to the earth scorching guitar blues styles of Texan, Chicago and British RnB.
