Tommy and Finn are off again! Tommy and Finn (the guitar playing and singing half of Tommy and The Fallen Horses) are doing four intimate duet performances as a brief reprieve from their intensive work on the new homemade double album they’re currently slaving over to ensure release before they relocate to the U.S. early next year!

Tommy and The Fallen Horses is an alt-country, indie-pop and folk-rock flavored band featuring singer-songwriter Tommy Benefield.

Benefield rose to infamy around the New Zealand music scene with his group Tommy headlining many festivals, getting several singles on high rotate on the indie radio stations and with their two albums released through Loop Records making it onto the indie charts.

Tommy became festival darlings with their high energy performances, beautiful melodies, evocative lyrics and hilarious banter. When Tommy disbanded the remaining replacement members released their new album under the name Tommy and The Fallen Horses which had a new aesthetic and a more '70s country-rock sound.

Their critically acclaimed debut album Isolation Is The New Party has been compared to Neil Young, Bruce Springsteen, Iron and Wine, The Felice Brothers and Ben Harper, to name a few.

Isolation Is The New Party has received rave reviews, had several songs receive major airplay and featured on the indie charts. Tommy tours relentlessly both with the full band and as a duet with his crazy 19-year-old side kick, the bands lead guitarist, Finn Johansson.

Tommy and Finn are off to seek their fame and fortune in California early in 2011.
