Learn how to use your feet more intelligently and efficiently.

Experience greater ease of movement in yoga, sport, dance and any physical activity that you are engaged in!

Our feet are made up of 26 small, moveable bones that efficiently support the weight of our entire body. Because we mainly walk on hard flat surfaces and our feet are encased in shoes, our feet have lost some of their natural agility becoming stiff and less able to support our body’s weight and efficient posture.

With Happy Feet you will:

· Restore the natural agility of your feet
· Improve posture and balance
· Find the ease in your yoga practice
· Enhance your ability to run and walk
· Relieve sore feet and backs
· Learn self-reflexology that you can use at home and work

Christine Cutbush is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais® practitioner, a teacher of Bones For Life ® and a Reflexologist. She is also an experienced yoga teacher trained in many different styles. Christine is one of the originators of AIM, which combines both yoga and Feldenkrais. She brings a wealth of knowledge from over 15 years of helping people of all ages and abilities to move more efficiently.
