Bones for Life® - Learn about this amazing technique, a natural program for anyone who wishes to improve their bone health, prevent disease and avoid injury.

You will be introduced to the basic movement principals of Bones For Life®. In this unique method you will learn unique and easy-to-do movements that remind the skeleton how to move confidently and with ease.

Bones For Life® was developed by Ruthy Alon. A master Feldenkrais practitioner. She based the method on research exploring African women who carry heavy loads on their heads with ease and grace.

This workshop is suitable for people of all ages and all fitness levels No experience is necessary. (You must be able to get up and down from the floor.)

Bio:
Christine Cutbush currently resides in Los Angeles and is originally from Hawkes Bay. Christine is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner®, teacher of Bones For Life® and has studied personally with Ruthy Alon. She is an experienced yoga teacher trained in many different styles, currently influenced by New Zealand teacher Donna Farhi. Christine brings a wealth of knowledge from over 15 years of teaching and helping people of all ages and abilities to move more efficiently.
