A great entry level multisport event with a fantastic family atmosphere.
10 km forest run, 30 km road cycle, 24 km mountain bike on rural roads, 8 km kayak to finish.
Course begins at Muriwai Beach on the West Coast north of Auckland and finishes at Wenderholm Regional Park on the east coast.
Open to individuals, teams, family groups
