Ukulele Workshop will be held by Mike Dickinson (Christchurch), The Nukes & Clare McCormick from Auckland and the Ukulele Bartt from Los Angeles USA.
Advanced:
The Nukes performances are fun and engaging with a line-up that includes; Laingholm resident David Thiele, affectionately referred to as 'Snapper', together with Ben 'Country Boy' Collier from the wild west of Woodhill, and 'Fingers of Fire' himself Dave Parker, founder of the Titirangi Festival of Music.
Are uke advanced:
A student at this level can hear I, IV, and V chords, has mastered some chord inversions, knows there is life above the fifth fret, and has been there with barre or 4-fingered closed chords. Plays lead and backup easily with others and keeps steady rhythm.

This advanced ukulele workshop is being held at the Hawke's Bay Opera House Municipal buildings. Meeting room TBC. Tickets are sold as general admission tickets.
Capacity: 30 max per class.
All tickets: $40.00 (one price for all).

Please note: general admission tickets are not available for courier. You can pick up tickets that you have booked online or by phone from the Hawke's Bay Opera House TicketDirect office during normal business hours (Mon-Fri. 9 to 5pm or Sat. 9 - 1pm) or on the day of the event at the boxoffice which is open 1 hour before the show.
Service fees:
Tickets purchased for this event online will incur the following service fees:
$1.00 Per ticket fee.
$5.00 Per transaction for pickup tickets.
$8.00 Per transaction for courier deliveries.
$11.00 Per transaction for rural deliveries.
No refunds or exchanges on any ticket price or service fee except as required by New Zealand law.
