Altmusic NZ and the Dunedin Public Art Gallery present Richard Youngs and Alastair Galbraith. British multi-instrumentalist Richard Youngs has been described as one of the most acclaimed and chameleon-like explorers in modern music. His work traverses a diverse set of distinctive musical forms, encompassing avant-folk, psychedelic drone, progressive minimalism, lysergic pop, and rock concrete.

Alastair Galbraith is an equally-acclaimed Dunedin musician with a background in both song-based and experimental music. He is also known as the creator of aurally evocative musical instruments, the latest being a fire organ. In this performance he will be playing a glass harmonium.
