To welcome in summer we have loads of events in various location throughout the Coromandel Peninsula, timed to coincide with the flowering of our beautiful Pohutukawa trees!
The two week celebration commences on the 19th November and run through until the 5 December.
The Pohutukawa Festival features a variety of events throughout the two weeks including: the Whangamata Jazz Festival - featuring Top NZ entertainers; Coromandel food and wine; jazz boat tours; plus art and craft; plus art exhibitions, dive festivals, a garden tour, kids concerts and loads more.
