Triathlon or Duathlon just for blokes of all ages and abilities at QEII, Christchurch. This is a great way to get active and take on a challenge. The distances are achievable, there is a run & walk section plus 10 year age groups.

Put together a team - there is a corporate team section or enter as an individual. Placing and spot prizes.

Distances are:
Triathlon: swim 200m - bike 15k - run 4k or walk 2k.
Duathlon: run 1k or walk 500m - bike 15k - run 4k or walk 2k.
