A triathlon and duathlon for women at QEII. It does not matter how fit you are or how fast you can (or cannot) go. The aim is to get active, take on a challenge, be at the start and cross that finish line with a smile. There is a thrill that cannot be explained, you just have to experience it.
There are 10 year age groups, a separate run or walk section. Enter as an individual or as a team of 2 or 3. Get a group together, organise the support crews to make the picnic and mark the date on your calendar.
Distances are:
Triathlon: 200m swim - 15k bike - 4k run or 2k walk.
Duathlon: 1k run or 500m walk - 15k bike - 4k run or 2k walk.
