March & demonstration from Maritime Museum to the Consulate General of Japan - ASB Bank Centre Level 12/129-135 Albert St.

Come along on Nov 5th and help support this really important cause! We will have whalesong, info & photos from last year's whaling season and a crew member from the Ady Gil will be there to answer any questions!

The focus is on bringing awareness of this issue to the public and telling the NZ government we want to take a strong stand against all whaling.

On the 5th of November the Japanese whaling fleet will be getting ready to sail down to waters declared economic territory of New Zealand, with one goal in mind, to kill hundreds of whales in the name of "scientific research". Protests are being organized across the world for this day, and it's our turn to be a part of the action.

These are our waters that the whales are being slaughtered in and it's up to us to make a stand. Protests are already being organized in other parts of New Zealand and we need supporters here in Auckland too.

Be part of an international movement to show whaling nations that it's well past time they stopped this barbaric and illegal activity. The New Zealand government has let us down on this issue, it's up to us to help stop it!
