This course will focus on workshopping, with emphasis on sharing work, and on giving and receiving constructive feedback within the group.
It will also consider some important questions: is there such a thing as 'good' poetry? How can you improve your work? How can you make writing a regular part of your life?
You will be given stimulating and enjoyable writing exercises and time to complete them within the course.
Elements of chance, play and sound are explored, along with the technical aspects of honing language and style.
