Brendhan Lovegrove is set to storm the capital for the first time since winning the coveted Fred Award in 2006. This is your chance to catch the notorious comedian in all his glory.
Auckland has delighted in Lovegroves new material for the last 3 festivals, now its Wellington's turn. Billy T Award recipient in 1998, Lovegrove is one of the sharpest Comics on the circuit, winning the Comedy Guild Award for Best Male Comedian for the last three year running. Proof of his genius comes not just from his peers but audiences who have flocked to see him over the years.
Lovegrove is also a respected comic on the international circuit, winning praise and followers where ever he performs. He hit the U.K pro comedy circuit in 2000 and became one of the most prolific performers, notching up over 300 shows in his first year.
He has performed at the best comedy festivals across the world as well as playing prestigious clubs such as Jongleurs and The Comedy Store.
