NZ's biggest boat show, showcasing all the latest boats, engines, electronics, fishing gear and accessories.
A fun day out with plenty to do for the whole family. Activities include having a go on the gamefishing simulators (one for adults and one for kids), colouring competitions, fishing competitions for the kids and lots more.
There's also cooking demonstrations with seafood expert Derek the Chef, "how to" demonstrations with top Kiwi boaties and fishers and the exciting Discover Boating Centre with an action-packed programme of activities around the Hutchwilco Pool.
There is also plenty of great prizes to be won including a $1000 Vikimg kayak package every hour!, a $7600 trip to tropical Vava'u in Tonga for two and a screamingly-exciting ride with champion jetboater Mark Cromie in his 2000hp jetboat.
Add in the new Fishherchick Haven (a special area for women interesting in fishing (or learning more about fishing) and staffed by top female anglers, Hiwi the Kiwi and the Minstrel and a refurbished submarine and this really is a great day out for the whole family.
Tickets are just $17 for an adult and each paying adult can bring in two paying children (aged under 14) for free.
