Allyson Gofton talks about making tasty, nutritious, great looking dishes that take very little time to prepare and are simmering away readying themselves while you are working, sleeping, out in the garden or off with the kids.

Tickets are available from The Press office, Cathedral Square. Ticket price includes morning tea prior to Allyson's talk.

She is also available following the event for book signing and to chat.
