Ever wondered what would happen if Peter Jackson and James Cameron united to create the world's best movie ever? And then, what if they decided they were only going to cast New Zealand actors?!

Well, don't let that keep you up at night any longer.

Come and witness the New Zealand film industry being brought to its knees: the auditions for the USD $4 gazillion trillion budget movie - which Jackson and Cameron have named 'the Giant Face' - are being held right here at the Herald Theatre, as part of the New Zealand International Comedy Festival.

Well... Kind of...

Starring the killer-combo of Natalie Medlock and Dan Musgrove, and guest starring Shortland Street’s Fleur 'Facial Hair' Saville & Harry 'Dreamy' McNaughton, The Giant Face is an hour of crack up characters, off the wall banter and some painfully funny songs, delivered by some of the finest comic talent in NZ.

Come and join us at the Herald Theatre to find out how the likes of Outrageous Fortune's Antonia Prebble and Craig Hall went in their screen-roll auditions, and see Jackson and Cameron's chosen 'star' struggles with the price of fame.

The Giant Face is brought to you by Medlock and Musgrove - writers of the smash-hit Christmas show 'Christ Almighty!' and nominees for best newcomers for their 2009 International New Zealand Comedy Festival show 'A Song for the Ugly Kids'.
