One of the ever popular cornerstones of every season of the NZ International Comedy Festival, the SKYCITY Gastrocomique ®, held at the lavish SKYCITY Convention Centre, has continually served up a veritable banquet of comedy with proceeds from the event going to Make-A-Wish New Zealand.

The foundation, which turns 30 this year, helps grant the wishes of kids who suffer from life-threatening medical conditions; enriching their lives with hope, strength and joy during their most difficult of moments they face. Above all else, it is a day where kids can forget that their sick.

Hosted by the suave, ever incomparable Jeremy Corbett (NZ), this year’s three-course lunch sees him adjudicate a panel of familiar faces to audiences and especially Jeremy himself.

The cast of TV3’s 7 Days spend three hours talking over a topic of choice, with Ben Hurley (NZ) and Paul Ego (NZ) no doubt to be in fine form. There is also the charity auction, so don’t forget to bring your chequebook and shrewd investment cap.

Culinary enthusiasts can expect a delicious array of appetizers, fine mains and beautiful desserts that will satisfy both your humour and palate. Gastrocomique ® is the perfect charity event to host colleagues, staff and clients.

Last year’s edition sold out quickly so don’t miss out!

Gorge yourself on a buffet of hilarity and hope.
