When we go to Asia, we automatically head for the nearest night market for cheap and delicious local foods and colourful souvenirs for friends back home. Now you can sample the sights, sounds and spicy aromas of a typical Southeast Asian Night Market on the waterfront.
Wellington City Council and The Asia New Zealand Foundartion have collaborated with ten ASEAN (Association of Souteast Asia Nations) members: Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Mayanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Viet Nam communities to create this magical event. Bring along the whole family and empty stomachs.
