Capturing the unique creative spirit of Cuba Street the Cuba Street Night Market Closing Night will run from 5-9pm on March 26th 2010 (or the next fine Friday thereafter).

Arts will regal. A good time for all Wellingtonians! The family friendly atmosphere ensures the market is a great, relaxed spot for picking up gifts and appreciating good art. Food lovers can enjoy the range of fine consumables on sale at the market not to mention the delicious organic beer and beautiful tastes on offer at Kreuzberg Café!

The night market is all about promoting and supporting local artists and showcasing musicians. Visitors to the market have been varied; from all walks of life and the market has been greatly complimented for it’s diversity. Musicians and artists alike have been thrilled with the exposure it provides.

The closing night on March 26th (or the next fine Friday thereafter) marks the end of a successful first season. The market will continue to be organised and ameliorated over winter and will re-open spring/early summer 2010 with possible mid-winter ‘special events’.
