Free classes during March for anyone interested in trying out this elegant effective martial art.
Suitable for children, women and men (our senior instructors are both women and hold the rank of 4th Dan).
Minimum age for children is 10 years.
Aikido uses the principle of taking the attackers energy and redirecting it to lead into a pin or throw, the idea is not to escalate conflict but to seek a win-win outcome.
