A variety of sports are on offer throughout the region. Sports will include athletics, equestrian, cycling, darts, golf, bowls (indoor and lawn), indoor rowing, mountain biking, netball, petanque, pistol shooting, pool, running and walking, small bore rifle shooting, snooker, football, squash, swimming, table tennis, tennis, texas hold-em poker, tramping, volleyball, western riding, orienteering.
