Come and enjoy a day out of fitness and fun with your family.

There are two events within our Duathlon, the Indivdiual/Team event for 13years and over, achievable for any age and fitness (still finalising the distances), or you could do the Family event, up to 12years with Mum and Dad too, the Family event enables all the family to walk/run and bike being off-road.
