Children's Day at Stardome

Stardome will be opening at 10:00am on Children's Day, the 7th of March. We have a full range of shows running and other fun activities planned all for just a gold coin donation.

Shows will be running in the planetarium every half an hour as detailed below:

11:00am & 11:30am Magic Sky (Suits 3-5 year olds)

12:00pm & 12:30pm The Little Star that Could (Suits 4 - 6 year olds)

1:00pm & 1:30pm Secret of the Cardboard Rocket (Suits 5 - 8 year olds)

2:00pm & 2.30pm Zula Patrol (Suits 4 - 6 year olds)

3:00pm & 3:30pm Astronaut (Suits 7 year olds - Adult)

4:00 & 4:30pm Big (Suits 7 year olds - Adult)

Bookings are not required.

Both indoor and outdoor activities are planned including rocket launching demonstrations at the conclusion of each show, storytelling on the hour, ask an astronomer questions and Solar viewing (weather permitting).

Families can also enjoy a Sausage Sizzle and a bounce on the The 'Streets' Bouncy Castle.
