Franklin Health Expo

The Franklin Health Group is hosting the Franklin Health Expo on the 13th & 14th March 2010 from 9am-4pm Saturday and Sunday. All profit above expenses from the Expo will be donated to the Franklin Hospice as our chosen charity. The public entrance fee will be a gold coin donation collected by Hospice volunteers.

Our slogan for the Expo is “ Bringing Franklin’s Health Together”. Not only are we bringing Allopathic Medicine and Holistic Therapies together for “One weekend – One Venue” we are also bringing health practitioners of complimentary modalities together for the Franklin and wider community to meet and experience what they can be offered in Health Care. For the people of the Franklin and surrounding communities we are offering an opportunity to experience, learn and talk to Professionals and Practitioners about Health and being able to make healthy lifestyle choices.

We will have over 40 health exhibitors on the main floor, guest key-note speakers and mini seminars in the Concert Chamber which will be free to the public, Healthy Cooking Classes in the kitchen and Healthy Food Vendors outside with courtyard fitness entertainment.

The Franklin Health Expo committee expects foot traffic to be between 5,000 and 10,000 over the two day event.
